Commercial Property Manager

We are seeking a Commercial Property Manager for a Established Professional company to Manage a portfolio. Following their continued success and growth. You will be based in the Tunbridge Wells office and will be responsible for a a portfolio of commercial properties.

We are ideally looking for someone who can read and understand a commercial lease and have knowledge of preparing and reconciling service charges. Experience of dealing with contractors and understanding property management accounting systems will be required.

This role can be worked on a full time or a part time basis maybe over 3 or 4 days.

The Salary will reflect the hours worked.

You will be responsible for the day to day management of a varied multi-let commercial portfolio. Your duties will include; rent collecting, dealing with service charges, overseeing contractors, dealing with tenants and applications to alter and sublet. The role will include frequent travelling, undertaking property inspections across your designated region.

You may be a Chartered Surveyor, but this is not essential. You will have commercial property management experience. A good working knowledge of Landlord & Tenant will certainly help along with Health and Safety regulations. Excellent interpersonal communication skills. The ability to deliver an exceptional standard.
