The role will involve supporting fee earners with a caseload of commercial property files. You will assist with progressing cases from inception to completion.
Responsibilities will include general administrative duties, telephone enquiries, daily correspondence, audio typing, file management, liaising with clients and other external parties.
The successful candidate will have commercial and/or residential property experience, strong typing and admin skills with a knowledge of legal databases.
Experience using a case management system is preferred but not essential. Organisational and time management skills will be essential to this role, you will have excellent communication and the ability to build strong working relationships. You will be able to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently.
