Commercial Property Legal Secretary, York

Salary depending on experience.

A Commercial Property Legal Secretary is required for a rewarding opportunity with a leading multi service law firm. The role will be based in York and offers an excellent salary and benefits package.

You will be supporting a small team of commercial property solicitors by undertaking the full range of secretarial duties. On a day to day basis your duties will include - typing complex documents using digital dictation; photocopying, faxing and filing; fielding queries from clients; arranging meetings; utilising the Case Management System; archiving files; producing bills; and assisting other departments when required.

You will have solid experience as a Legal Secretary/ Legal PA in the Commercial Property/Real Estate field. You will be an accurate and fast typist who is experienced in Commercial Property law. You will confidently deal with clients and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills. You will be a naturally organised Legal Secretary with strong legal administrative and IT skills. You will thrive under pressure and never tire of deadlines. Finally, you will manage your own time well and be a confident user of the Microsoft Office suite.
