Commercial Property Legal Secretary
Salary depending on experience.
A Commercial Property Legal Secretary is required for a rewarding opportunity with a long established multi service firm. The role will be based in York and offers an excellent salary and benefits package.
You will be reporting directly to the Commercial Property Partner and can expect to carry out the full compliment of Legal Secretary duties. Typical responsibilities will include - typing complex documents using digital dictation; photocopying, faxing and filing; fielding queries from clients; arranging meetings; utilising the Case Management System; archiving files; producing bills; and assisting other departments when required.
You will have solid experience as a Legal Secretary/ Legal PA preferably in Commercial Property/Real Estate however they are open on practice area. You will be an accurate and fast typist and will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills. You will be a naturally organised Legal Secretary with strong legal administrative and IT skills. You will thrive under pressure and never tire of deadlines. Finally, you will manage your own time well and be a confident user of the Microsoft Office suite.
