Red Recruitment is recruiting a Commercial Property Lawyer in Skipton, Bradford or Keighley to join our client who has a broad client base, many of these clients are long-standing clients of the firm giving repeat instructions.
This opportunity will suit an experienced, commercial property lawyer looking for a long-term career in a senior role in a well-respected firm. There are opportunities for business development and marketing to further grow the profile of the department.

- Job title: Commercial Property Lawyer
- PQE: 5+ years
- Location: Skipton, Bradford or Keighley (some flexibility is available at the clients discretion)
- Reporting to: The Head of Commercial Property
- Salary: Market rate is between £47,000 and £54,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities of a Commercial Property Lawyer:
- You will be managing a caseload of commercial sales, purchases, leases, agricultural and development work across a range of sectors
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents, such as leases and tenancy agreements
- Ensuring contracts comply with relevant legislation and regulations
Key Skills and Experience of a Commercial Property Lawyer:
- You should have a PQE of 5+ years
- Ideally, this position will suit an experienced, commercial property lawyer
