The successful Commercial Property Lawyer will be undertaking an array of commercial property matters from instruction through to completion. This position also entails some national travel, which may be required at short notice, to meet with clients. The Commercial Property Lawyer will competently manage a full and challenging caseload of freehold and leasehold acquisitions; disposals; agricultural tenancies; sales; purchases; disputes; commercial leases; finance; development agreements; infrastructure and planning; collateral warranties; covenants and; easements. Additionally, the Commercial Property Lawyer will be keen to participate in business development initiatives attending marketing and networking events when necessary.
Applications are encouraged from Solicitors with at least five years’ PQE.
Highly personable with effective relationships building abilities both internally and externally will be positively beneficial.
Technically able and commercially aware.
Able to organise your workload whilst ensuring high levels of accuracy.
Conversant with meeting yearly financial targets.
