This is a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Property Lawyer to manage their own caseload of real estate matters. Your duties will be varied and may include: the purchase and sale of commercial, industrial or investment property; estate development; lease renewal, rent review arrangements and licensing; landlord and tenant matters; construction issues; compulsory purchases and; town and country planning issues. Applications are encouraged from Solicitors and Legal Executives with 5 – 10 years’ PQE in Commercial Property matters gained within a reputable firm.
