A leading, full service law firm with a reputation for being innovative, modern and practical are now looking for an enthusiastic Commercial Property Lawyer to join their highly successful team.

This newly created position will allow you to manage your own caseload as well as acting on sales, purchases and lettings of commercial property for a range of clients. You will have autonomy within the role to make decisions and develop new processes that will improve business efficiency. You will be offered support from management and a competitive remuneration package.

What do I need to be considered?

It is essential that you are a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer

You will have a minimum of 3 years’ PQE gained within the industry and ideally solid knowledge of the local business community

You will be a team player and hungry to succeed in the legal industry long-term
