The ideal candidate should have the ability to confidently coordinate company’s projects commercially and implement and follow effectively the company’s procedures and protocols, representing the company’s interests, leading continuous development and improvement.

This is a varied role and the successful candidate must be able to demonstrate previous experience and a high standard in sales processing, timesheet / data management, communication, scheduling, commercial compliance and awareness, supported by a high standard of analytical and numeracy skills.

The successful candidate will work as a part of the Project Team to ensure clients expectations are managed and exceeded.

Duties Include:

Project Team responsibility for coordinating and maintaining all sales invoicing management systems and associated processes.

Support of all company processes, in particular client interfaces / timesheet and data management and commercial compliance.

Project Team responsibility for client communication including sales and general enquiries, ensuring compliance protocols are achieved and communicated.

Coordinate project scheduling; liaising with client’s, review and updating Project Team.
Overseeing and communicating financial compliance and KPIs.
Liaising daily with all clients identifying and delivering customer support.
Reviewing and communicating contractual and commercial problems.
Evaluation of project progress and providing reporting/data analysis, as required.

Attendance at company’s daily meetings to share commercial enquiry updates and project progress.

Overall projects month end evaluation of projects and cost control.

Ensure all processes and procedures are developed, documented and adhered to as appropriate.

Lead Continuous Improvement, development and assist in auditing of practices and systems.

Ideal Candidate:

Worked in similar Project Coordinator role.
Commercial / Sales Process Invoicing Background.
Timesheet Management.
Scheduling.
Data management.
Commercial Awareness.
Client Orientated.
Good Organisation and communication skills to support the project team to achieve structured targets and to meet deadlines.
Commercial understanding and appreciation of importance of process and best practice.
Demonstrate an ability to work in a team as a key member.
Methodical.
Problem solver.
Pro-active and flexible.

Knowledge Skills & Experience:

Client Sales Transactions.
Excellent Numeracy Skills.
Strong Analytical Skills.
Organised, accurate with excellent attention to detail.
Previous experience within industry would be advantageous.
Good understanding of Quality Systems not limited to ISO9001.
PC Literate - Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook) and any accounting software training / experience would be advantageous.
Supportive Qualifications in business administration.
