Although starting at an engineer's level, my client is looking to take on someone who is looking to grow and develop their own skill set, ideally with the ambition to take on more responsibility as the contracts grow in the area.
Experience and Qualifications:
*Mechanical/plumbing qualifications - City & Guilds Level 2/3 or equivalent
*Experience with all HVAC and general plumbing maintenance
*Experience in a similar FM/commercial maintenance role
*Experience working in a client facing role
You will be responsible for the following:
*Ensuring plant/equipment is maintained in accordance with the Planned Preventative Maintenance scheme
*Carrying out and responsive repairs to plant and building, in accordance with the SLA
*Adhere to all health and safety regulations at all times
*Participating in an emergency call out rota to attend all out of hours' repairs
*Liaise with management and client
*AHU's/FCU's - filter and belt changes
*Pumps & Motors
*General building services tasks
*Plumbing duties - Unblocking toilets, washers, taps, dealing with urinal issues and toilets
*Working as part of a maintenance team to deliver a great service to the client
£30,000 - £33,000 per year + Overtime, call out, PDA, uniform
This role is for a start in the new year, with interviews taking place early December and is a great opportunity for an engineer looking to further progress their career within a large FM and maintenance contractor.
