Your new role
As Commercial Manager, you will be directly responsible for driving forward Commercial Compliance on a military outsourced services contract. In liaison with the Finance and Operational Teams, providing ad-hoc contract management support and contract expertise to the site Contract teams. You will also be accountable for the commercial management of the contract through engagement against set terms and conditions to sub-contractor agreement. Overall you will provide high quality value added analysis to support the commercial decision making processes on the contracts.
What you'll need to succeed
Candidates with prior commercial management experience working for an established facilities or maintenance service provider are encouraged to apply. Particular experience in progressing contract variations from initiation to agreement is desirable. My client is flexible on candidate's educational background and would consider, QS, Legal or Business backgrounds. Please note you will need to undergo an MOD style Security clearance.
What you'll get in return
An industry competitive salary of between £45,000 - £55,000 plus company benefits.
