I currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Manager to join a global Packaging artwork and reprographics business, working with many of the world most recognizable brands.
This fantastic opportunity and company are looking for individuals with experience and ideally from a packaging background.
Responsibilities of Commercial Manager
Work closely with operational management team
Building and developing high level commercial relationships with clients.
Pursing organic growth opportunities with your client portfolio.
Participate and support the annual European budget preparation.
Manage commercial performance targets.
The collation, analysis and submission of commercial data.
Fostering and nurturing an environment of customer service excellence
Provide direction and leadership to direct reporting line and operational employees.
Proactively keeping abreast of new technologies and processes that could facilitate commercial leverage/advantage and operational productivity.
The types of people they would be looking for
Have previous experience in a Business Development/Commercial Management role
Communicates effectively and is able to adapt their communication style in line with their audience
Develops solid relationships creating the scope to use their strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Is extremely organised
Have a sound understanding of financials
Ideally you will have previous experience in a reprographics/brand management environment although this is not necessary.
