Role: Commercial Manager (Facilities Management, PFI)
Location: North West
Working: Hybrid working, 2-3 days on site
Salary: Circa £75,000, car allowance
The Opportunity
Our client is a UK-based construction and property services company. They offer a wide range of services, including construction, civil engineering, facilities management, property development, and housebuilding. The company operates across various sectors, such as education, healthcare, infrastructure, and commercial projects.
As an accomplished Commercial Manager with PFI experience, you have the opportunity to join their team as Commercial Manager based from their office in the North West
Experience Required
- PFI experience as Commercial Manager
- Facilities Management
- Lifecycle and Variations
- Oversee and manage commercial aspects of a PFI project
- Lead and manage PFI Lifecycle ad variations in project scope, ensuring smooth and effective processes.
- Provide strategic commercial input to maximize project value.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and negotiate amendments where necessary.
- Collaborate with the wider project team, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery of objectives.
Key Requirements
- PFI experience essential.
- Healthcare sector experience is desirable but not mandatory.
- A proven track record in managing variations and change control.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strong financial acumen and attention to detail.
