Commercial Manager (Head Office Support Services)
Can you drive process improvement? Can you lead and develop a team responsible for providing critical back office support services?
We are seeking a dynamic and commercially astute Manager to oversee the delivery of national support services. This role will see you manage a team responsible for delivering support services across the country. Services include Staff Scheduling, vetting, recruitment, payroll support and training.
You will be:
An experienced people manager able to oversee circa 20 staff
A process driven professional able to identify problems and solve them
Able to work with senior stakeholders cross the business

Strive to improve processes
Work closely with senior stakeholders across the business on specific improvement projects
Identify new ways of working that will improve overall business performance
Coach, mentor and develop the management team
Support regional managers in the delivery of services
Ensure quality standards are being met and exceeded
Ensure compliance with industry standards
