Commercial Manager (Facilities Services)
Location: St Helens, Merseyside
Salary: Up to £45,000

A growing provider of Facilities Services is seeking a Commercial Manager to join their senior management team.

You will oversee the delivery of contracts whilst focusing on operational spend control, contract reviews, analyse profit margins and provide commercial support to regional managers.

You will be a Commercial Manager with experience working for a service provider within the Facilities Services industry or similar, have a high level of commercial awareness and be skilled in managing the financial performance of client accounts whilst looking to add value wherever possible.

Responsibilities will include:

Provide a high level of commercial overview to the delivery of client contracts
Review and analyse client contracts
Manage important commercial information relating to client contract P&L
Scrutinise financials relating to client contacts
Manage cost control
Lead on annual contract reviews
Regularly provide reports to key stakeholders
Investigate any financial discrepancies
Analyse financial data to report on company and contract performance
Lead and develop a team
