Here you can expect to deal with
* Contract disputes
* Professional negligence
* Partnership disputes
* Insolvency
* Property litigation
* Debt recovery

They are looking for a pro active litigation solicitor who is keen to make their mark and be supported to develop the business with the partners in the team.

The successful candidate will:
* A qualified solicitor or equivalent
* Have a minimum of 3PQE
* Be able to demonstrate a proven track record in commercial litigation
