Commercial Litigation Solicitor.

An appealing opportunity has arisen to work for a law firm that is completely different to any other in Yorkshire. I am recruiting an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor on behalf of this growing and progressive firm who have multiple offices across Yorkshire and the UK. They offer state of the art systems and working environments, an open office culture and a client base of quality rather than quantity.

The successful Commercial Litigation Solicitor, based at the firm’s Hull office will be able to work autonomously and as part of a team and will have good experience over a broad range of commercial disputes disciplines.

These contentious areas may include but not be limited to shareholder and partnership, breaches of company administration requirements and director’s duties; insolvency law; breach of contract claims; breach of confidence and data protection; intellectual property; information technology; professional negligence and fraud.

Ideally the successful Commercial Litigation Solicitor will have around 4 years+ experience, but this is flexible and candidates at all levels will be considered.
