Commercial Litigation Solicitor

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a well-established, forward-thinking practice, which prides itself on providing excellent client care. The firm has a friendly atmosphere and offers a better work-life balance than most. The firm’s office is located in Kent and its growing practice advises individuals & businesses on many areas of law, including: litigation, commercial property, residential conveyancing, wills & trusts, family law, employment law and corporate & commercial.

The opportunity

You will be joining the Commercial Litigation Department, headed by the firm’s Senior Partner, in a newly-created role, dealing with a varied caseload of commercial matters, including shareholder disputes, contractual claims, banking litigation, defamation, etc. You will also assist in marketing the department.

About you

To be considered for this position, you will need to demonstrate your knowledge of a broad range of commercial litigation matters. You must also:

  • Be a qualified Solicitor with a solid academic background
  • Have 4 years’PQE and upwards, ideally with experience of working in a City or large regional firm
  • Be a bright and meticulous self-starter
  • Be willing to assist in marketing the firm’s Commercial Litigation Department.
