Having maintained a steady rate of expansion since its inception, this progressive firm is now seeking a Commercial Litigation Solicitor.
This is an excellent opportunity for a pro-active and technically proficient Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a highly regarded department in Harrow. Working alongside experienced professionals in this field, the successful Solicitor will manage a varied and complex caseload which may incorporate: shareholder and partnership disputes; insolvency; bankruptcy and winding up; contractual disputes and; property litigation. Whilst this position is open to all qualified Solicitors from NQ upwards, senior candidates wishing to apply will require a following of clients to bring to the practice. Strong technical skills and experience in a broad range of commercial litigation work will be essential;

Ensure a personable, highly organised and detail orientated approach at all times;
Be keen to develop upon your business development and marketing experience.
