This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Commercial Litigation Paralegal to join a large, market leading law firm in Manchester to assist a team of fee earners with their caseload of commercial litigation matters. This client is well established in the local area and has a very diverse client base. The company are a training contract provider. As a Commercial Litigation Paralegal, you will work on a varied case load and support the day to day activates of the fee earners.

About the role

  • Assisting fee earners with their caseload of commercial litigation matters from start to finish.
  • Meeting and liaising clients by email and telephone
  • Drafting correspondence, preparation of legal documents,
  • Preparation for and attendance at hearings and advising on enforcement options.
  • Legal research

About you

  • 6 months minimum experience working in a Commercial Litigation role
  • Must be a real team player
  • Be commercial aware with excellent communication skills to succeed in this role.
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Law Degree / ideally completed LPC
