The RoleAs their first dedicated Commercial Lead, you’ll take ownership of partnerships, sponsorships and income generation across all activities, from in-person events, conferences and digital advertising to publications, podcasts and hosted dinners.
You’ll be both architect and operator, setting the commercial direction while actively building relationships and securing long-term value for the organisation and its partners. It’s a hands-on role for someone who enjoys creating structure, identifying opportunities and making things happen. The onus is on the long-term, so if you're all about next quarter's commission payment and/or Jordan Belfort is your idol, this role is not for you! Over time you will benefit from consolidating and nurturing relationships with existing advertising and sponsorship contacts as well as bringing more on board.
