My client is a leading firm with offices based throughout the UK. Due to rapid growth in their Commercial practice as a result of exciting new client wins they are now looking to recruit an experienced 3+ PQE lawyer for their Southampton office.

This is a full time opportunity however applicants looking for flexibility in their work life will still be considered.

The Commercial Team represents an impressive range of clients on high-profile, business-critical transactions and regulatory matters, they play a vital role in helping clients remove obstacles to growth and success.

This is a varied and challenging role in which you will work on a varied caseload from negotiating large outsourcing deals to drafting smaller supply contracts and everything in between.

Your clientbase will consist of a range of household names in a wide variety of sectors such as chemicals, manufacturing, telecoms, retail and financial institutions.

The ideal candidate will have a background in quality commercial work with experience gained at a City, in-house or large regional firm.

You will need to have at least three years' experience in either commercial contracts, IT services agreements, software licensing, cloud outsourcing arrangements, internet and ecommerce issues and/or data protection.
