They now seek to appoint an experienced manager as Commercial Broking Sales Manager to head up their Sales and marketing teams in its central Croydon office.
You will be responsible for driving the team forward through sales mentoring, performance management and a hands-on approach, with the remit of growing the sales team and Brokerage GWP.
As the Sales Manager, you will be crucial to the success of this expanding business, looking after the day-to-day management of a team Sales Executive, Account Handlers and Marketing staff, and reporting into the Board of Directors.
You will co-ordinate all sales, administrative and customer service activity, get involved in special campaigns and projects along the way. You must be a highly capable and credible commercial insurance professional, being driven and efficient, you will inspire trust in those around you. Above all though, you'll relish the challenge of being part of a truly ambitious and award-winning team.
To be considered for this role you must have a strong grounding in Commercial Broking as well as experience of developing, leading and motivating insurance sales professionals.
Proven success of meeting performance targets in a sales environment is also key! My client will consider those from both insurer and broker backgrounds.
In return, you can expect a basic salary of £50-80k dependant on experience, plus good bonuses on team performance and long term the potential opportunity to gain equity in the business to reward you for your success!
