Commercial Insurance Development Executive
Package: £Negotiable + Car Allowance
As a business our client have delivered some outstanding results in the last 6 months with every month smashing their new business and renewal targets.
This is both down to how they service their clients and how they approach new ones, with a quality first approach to dealing with clients they dont work to beat the renewal price, they look to improve the cover.
To ensure they continue with their growth they are looking to appoint a new business focused executive to their team.
They'll support you with lead generation, you'll need to be proactive and generate some of your own as well.
On a day to day basis you’ll be:
Actively pursuing new clients
Networking with existing and potential clients
Managing your client portfolio
Liaising with the Account Handling team to ensure clients receive the best possible service.
Managing clients requirements from start to finish
Building a network of introducers
Pro-actively working towards annual sales targets

A negotiable basic salary + Car Allowance + Bonus (Team and Individual) and a wider benefits package.
What you’ll need:
A good grounding in Commercial Insurance within a broking environment, with exposure to Commercial Combined, Motor, Liability and Property.
A skill set that includes high level communication (both written and verbal), negotiation, sales, client management and influencing skills, coupled with a good eye for detail.
Experience of using Acturis would be beneficial
A full driving licence - this is required as it’s a field based role.
