Package: To £24k (Negotiable)
Our longstanding client are looking to strengthen their team with the addition of a Commercial Insurance Broker to deal with SME client's across all industries.
As a business they've been going from strength to strength and have a wonderful management team who are highly supportive and look to develop their staff so they'll be fully funding your insurance qualifications, external courses and be looking for you to progress with the business where appropriate.
Day to Day:
You'll be managing new business enquiries
Dealing with Mid-term adjustments for existing clients
Managing renewals from ensuring the renewal documentation accurate to presenting to the client and securing renewal payment
Negotiating with insurers to secure the best rates for clients
Deal with first notification of loss for designated clients
Liaise with Account Executive's on larger cases
Develop strong relationships with senior management and assist with projects as required
Ideally you'll have experience dealing with Commercial Combined, Property, Motor and Liability, due to the nature of our client they are happy to consider a Personal Lines Broker who is looking to move into Commercial and provide the training.
Your skill set should include good communication, negotiation, client management and sales skills coupled with the desire to learn and develop yourself and your career.
Our client are offering a starting salary of up to £23,000 (negotiable) + bonus + a flexible benefits package.
