ST Recruitment is working with a leading insurance Broker that is seeking a Commercial Broker. You will service a wide range of existing accounts, whilst also actively sourcing new business opportunities. A proven background within commercial insurance is essential, along with a passion for client management and development.

Responsibilities:

  • You will provide a day-to-day technical, commercial and administrative support function for wide range of commercial insurance clients
  • Represent the business at key networking and industry events
  • You will delegate work to Account Handlers and provide training where required
  • Handle renewals and other invoicing for clients
  • Check and process documents in-line with service agreements

Skills/ Qualifications Required:

  • Extensive commercial broking experience, 3+ years
  • Insurance related qualification essential; Dip CII, Cert CII or equivalent
  • Strong commercial awareness within the commercial insurance market
  • Keen eye for business, sales management, with a proven track record of delivering against targets
  • Ability to manage own case-load of work and diary
  • Ability to train juniors where required
  • Ability to travel to client sites where required
