Our client a large Insurance brokerage with an office based in Northamptonshire is looking to recruit an experienced commercial account handler to join the busy commercial department. Supporting a senior executive you will be managing a portfolio of cross class commercial Insurance risks, looking after any MTA’s / renewals on a daily basis.

As a commercial account handler you will assist the commercial account executives with any client visits / presentations when needed whilst being the first point of contact for all existing clients.

Salary and Benefits

Our client can offer a very competitive salary £30,000 - £35,000 dependant upon experience.

The Person

The successful candidates will have at least 2 years’ experience of managing a portfolio of cross class commercial risks. A broking background is essential along with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Progression towards any insurance qualifications is preferred although not essential. Applications will be considered from candidates who have aspirations to complete the Insurance (CII or ACII).
