Sheridan Maine have been appointed on an exclusive basis to represent a world leading luxury brand, to recruit into a newly appointed position of Commercial Finance Manager.
The purpose of the role is to ensure the commercial finance team provide financial reporting, analysis, advice and decision making support to the senior management team and the Sales / Commercial teams.
The incumbent also supports the business in delivery of accurate cash and profit forecasting both short term and longer term budgeting.
Reporting into Head of Commercial Finance and leading a team of 5 direct reports this role will play a key role in providing critical, strategic information delivery of accurate cash and profit forecasting both short term and longer term budgeting. Business Partnering with the sales team, generation of month end reports, measuring distributor and sales team performance, managing sale performance reports and analysis to Senior Leadership team. You will also be responsible for Cash Collection and Forecasting, working with the sales, production teams and distributors to ensure an accurate cash flow is provided weekly.
We are looking for individuals with substantial experience in a similar Commercial Finance position for a large manufacturing business. You will have a Chartered Accounting Accreditation (ACA, ACMA, ACCA etc.) or equivalent, with demonstrable leadership and management experience, excellent problem solving and risk assessment capability, with an assertive yet collaborative and 'hands on' work ethic.
