Commercial Finance Analyst
Your new role
You will support the development of the Commercial Finance reporting suite, in partnership with the Business Intelligence department, into a comprehensive self service tool that serves business reporting requirements and contributes to the companies growth trajectory. Subject areas could include;
- Invoiced transactions, volumes, margin, attrition, customer profitability
- Un-invoiced transactions
- Customer and Card portfolio
- Employees and performance
- Capture requirements and develop reports with a variety of delivery vectors
- Undertake audit activity to provide assurance of accuracy
- Support Senior Commercial Finance Analyst and Head of Commercial Finance with ad hoc projects
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a recent finance or mathematics degree of 2:1 or above, and have strong technical skills including Excel. Previous experience using reporting platforms is advantageous. Must have strong written skills, verbal skills communication skills, excellent attention to detail and show an enthusiastic and impressive attitude. Must have the ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines, have strong commercial awareness and excellent problem solving ability.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of between £18,000 - £20,000 depending on experience, reviewed annually depending on performance. Annual bonus linked to achievement of set objectives. 22 days holiday plus bank holidays. Working hours of 8:30-5 Monday to Friday.
