Job Title: Commercial Disputes Paralegal

Location: London

Working arrangement: Flexible hybrid policy (3 days in office)

Role overview: The firm is seeking a Paralegal to join its Commercial Disputes team on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a high-calibre litigation environment, working alongside a team known for its strategic approach and collaborative culture.

Key responsibilities:

  • Supporting complex commercial litigation matters
  • Preparing court bundles and assisting with trial preparation
  • Drafting correspondence and legal documentation · Liaising with clients and counsel
  • Assisting with disclosure and case management tasks

Qualifications: Candidates should have a minimum 2.1 degree and prior experience in litigation. Exposure to commercial disputes is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset are essential.
