My client are a global organisation, consisting of various different business units within the Technology, Software and Education sectors. With their legal function currently in an exciting period of change, they have a number of vacancies in Manchester City Centre including this Paralegal role which will involve working closely with 2 Senior Legal Counsel on a range of important initiatives.

The chosen candidates will be responsible supporting the Commercial and Corporate Legal Counsel's on any and all corporate/commercial legal matters affecting the business. On any given day you could be assisting on general commercial contract agreements, corporate mergers & acquisitions, data protection issues, intellectual property matters and employment law queries.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years' experience in a commercial or corporate paralegal position but this isn't crucial. You will be highly organised with a strong sense of commerciality and a willingness to roll your sleeves up, getting stuck into the day to day work, to support the other members of the legal team.
