As Commercial Coordinator you will provide support to the Commercial Manager, enhancing the Company’s operational and financial performance through reporting and analysis. The Commercial Department at Astley Signs encompasses Procurement, Estimating, Technical, Stores Management and Commercial operations.
With day to day responsibility for Job Costing, you will extract and analyse data from the ERP system so as to hold post-project completion meetings with Project Managers, feedback to Estimating Department and prepare summary and trend reports for the Commercial Manager to discuss at Senior Management level.
Your analytical skills will further be used across the wider department, producing reports for the Procurement Manager to ensure Procurement strategies are being realised. You will also be responsible for the monthly billing analysis in relation to Indirect Spend.
Supporting the Commercial Manager on Commercial Projects, you will demonstrate a logical approach to scoping a project initiative, be able to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders, analyse results and produce a report from such; all with a view to enhance business performance.

Ideally suited to a graduate, though applicants with suitable work experience will be considered. The successful candidate will need strong excel skills; experience of carrying out analysis and reporting; be confident in conducting meetings and working alongside both internal and external stakeholders at all levels with a logical and strategic approach to work.
