Commercial CoordinatorRole- This role will include you communicating with commercial customers regarding the process of their work- You will be informing candidates at all stages of their journey- Interacting with all of our customers in a timely, professional, efficient and polite manner.- Ensuring that our customers are case-managed through their interactions- Ensuring that our customers are updated throughout their journey using our service.- Facilitating work progress and completion to the required time frames given by the Team Manager.- Ensuring our service is delivered in a consistent and compliant manner that is cost effective.- Maximising productivity in accordance with ourselves and our external contractual requirements.Skills needed- You will be expected to provide excellent customer service skills and communicate and update the customers at all stages of their work journey- You will also need to be IT literate, have a basic understanding of excel- Added bonus would be an understanding of the water industry but is not essentialSalary and Hours- The role is 9-5/ 8-4 monday to friday- Pay rate of £10.44
