Are you a Commercial Contracts Solicitor looking for an exciting in-house opportunity for a growing group of companies with international presence?

You will provide timely and quality legal contractual advice and interpretation on a variety of legal issues, advising on contract status, legal risks and the legal implications associated with deals.

We are looking for a qualified Commercial Contracts solicitor with extensive post qualification commercial contracts negotiation and drafting experience in a company or law firm with a BSc/BA Law degree or equivalent. You will be a strong team player with good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both colleagues and clients.

You must be comfortable working under pressure to meet deadlines and have the ability to use your own initiative as well as working without close supervision. You will also be rigorous but commercial and have excellent attention to detail. Excellent IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office are also essential.
