Commercial Contracts Executive.

A exceptional commercial contracts executive/contracts manager, is required for a 9-12 months maternity cover with a unique technology company in Surrey.

Our client is a niche technology company that offers innovative B2B solutions for a diverse range of clients. Due to an upcoming maternity, they are looking an experienced commercial contracts executive to provide seamless cover, on a fixed term contract.

With offices easily commutable from Surrey, Sussex, Kent and London; you will be based at the client Head Office, and will work within a team of commercial contracts professionals, on the following matters:

- Setting up,maintaining and reviewing new and existing customer contracts, as well as supporting this process for service providers
- Assessing that contractual SLAs are acheivable
- Setting up policies and procedures 
- Identifying and escalating areas of contractual and commercial risk
- Handling contract queries effectively and quickly
- Mitigating and managing disputes in a professional and swift fashion
- Providing commercial contract input at clients/service provider meetings
- Handle administration and answer telephones
- Handle and manage commercial projects under supervision from the line manager

This role requires an LLB and LPC graduate with demonstrable commercial contracts experience gained in-house. Applicants with additional experience of the utilities sector would be attractive. As this role is a maternity cover, the ideal candidate will be immediately available or on very short notice, and should be able to commit to the duration of the project. 

Excellent communication, priortisation and team working skills are essential.
