Bell & Co Recruitment are assisting an established independent broker in Leeds city centre as they look to bring in a part time Claims Handler to support with Commercial & HNW losses.

A minimum of 2 years commercial claims experience with a broker is preferred as this will be a standalone role. Typically handling Property, Liability, PI, Commercial Motor, Home, Private / HNW Motor and other HNW claims

Claims will be managed from notification through to conclusion. You will be a focal point & technical go to for Account Handlers, Account Executives & Directors in relation to claims / risk management.

Client visits will occasionally be required so an emphasis on presentation & professionalism is required. Broker, insurer and loss adjuster backgrounds will all be considered. Insurance qualifications of Cert CII (minimum) would be well received.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to work around family commitments or reduce down the number of hours. The role will be Monday to Friday, with start and finishing time flexible to suit (i.e. 9-2, 10-3). Full time equivalent salary up to 27k.
