An opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Claims Handler to join a very well established Independent Brokerage in the Leicester area. Their aim is to consistently deliver outstanding customer service, peace of mind, and should you need to call upon your policy, ensure any claim is settled fairly and rapidly for minimum inconvenience.
Working within the commercial department, you will be responsible for managing clients through the claims process from cradle to grave ensuring they are fully informed throughout while dealing with client enquirers, liaising with insurers and managing a busy diary.
What’s needed for me to be considered?
- Commercial Broking Experience
- Claims Handling experience
- Covered a wide range of Commercial Insurance products
- Excellent Communication skills
