Commercial Business Manager

Our London client in the Banking sector is seeking a Commercial Business Manager to join the team as soon as possible on permanent basis with a salary of £70,000 on offer. This role comes with a great perks package including generous holiday.

What does the role entail?

Working as a Commercial Business Manager your main job role will be Origination of Commercial Retail Credit proposals and ensuring successful execution of the transactions being pursued along with related client & introducer relationship management. You will originate commercial Real Estate credit proposals, undertake initial assessment and processing of lending proposals from the network primarily of CRE or Commercial retail credit as well as maintaining the pipeline status for proposals at different stages and following up to ensure that disbursement targets are met. Please expect a whole host of other job responsibilities with this role.

What skills will you have?

The ideal candidate for this Commercial Business Manager position must have at least 3-5 years of experience underwriting or assessing credit proposals, existing relationship base with multiple business introducers as well as knowledge of UK regulatory framework, principles, rules and lending environment.
