Role description

The Commercial Development team provides a focal point to the commercial stakeholders for all brands of Kindred Group. The primary focus will be to support the successful delivery of business change activity for our commercial projects. The team is responsible for creating and balancing value by managing projects through a structured and disciplined process and helping the organisation in achieving its goals.

The Commercial Business Change Manager will be responsible for working closely with all departments and will focus on value assessment during the pre-project phase and on monitoring, tracking & driving commercial initiatives until delivery.

Apart from the business change, the new member will be responsible for the execution of the Acquisition portfolio fully dedicated to our Acquisition department.

Key accountabilities of this role are

  • Deliver a step change in collecting, evaluating, monitoring, tracking and driving prioritised commercial initiatives until the project is delivered alongside the commercial business lead - on all brands.
  • Report on progress to commercial stakeholders to ensure a clear communication and commitment to projects
  • Ensure all commercial initiatives are aligned with the overall commercial strategy (across markets/brands) and driven with a business mind-set during its execution.
  • Manage complexity in mitigating risks and solving issues within the project on behalf of the commercial owner
  • Assist the team in our business innovation activities in order to find new ideas that could potentially be implemented in one of our brands.
  • Manage change along the project to ensure a smooth transition to the future state of the project.

Experience required

  • Familiarity with Agile project management methodology
  • Experience in Change Management specialised in user acquisition, data driven conversion optimisation strategies, AB/MTV testing and customer user journeys.
  • Strong professional experience in the Gambling sector
  • Experience driving projects focussed on customer acquisition
  • Requires knowledge of acquisition paid marketing channels (paid search, email, affiliates, display and paid social) & conversion optimisation.
  • Ability to use data to identify conversion gaps in the acquisition funnel and offer solutions to solve the pain points.
  • Knowledge of or previous experience using AB testing and CRO tools - i.e. Maxymiser, VWO, CrazyEgg, HotJar
  • Experience with web analytics platform - Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics
  • A detailed knowledge of the business environment, in particular, an understanding of the commercial and Programme Management office functions
  • Familiarity with Agile project management methodology
  • Business mind-set - Focus on delivering quality and value for the business
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Speaking Hebrew is preferable
  • Can work well under pressure
  • Works under minimum supervision

Education / Qualifications / Professional Certificates

  • Degree preferred but not essential
