An International Shipping and Vessel company is looking for a Customer and Sales Support Coordinator professional to join their busy team in Essex.

Key Duties and Responsibilities;

  • Prepare customer quotes for UK ports
  • Check port arrival lists for UK ports
  • Draw up required contracts as requested
  • Create invoices and send onto clients and suppliers
  • Produce reports and provide information
  • Administrate and process commercial data
  • Prepare commercial customer functions for the UK
  • Provide administrative support

Skills Required;

  • Strong Microsoft office experience
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent English Language skills
  • Administrative experience
