An International Shipping and Vessel company is looking for a Customer and Sales Support Coordinator professional to join their busy team in Essex.
Key Duties and Responsibilities;
- Prepare customer quotes for UK ports
- Check port arrival lists for UK ports
- Draw up required contracts as requested
- Create invoices and send onto clients and suppliers
- Produce reports and provide information
- Administrate and process commercial data
- Prepare commercial customer functions for the UK
- Provide administrative support
- Strong Microsoft office experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent English Language skills
- Administrative experience
