Commercial and Residential Property Solicitor

New opportunity for a Property Solicitor in Greater Manchester who wishes to act on both Residential and Commercial Property transactions.

Our client is a well established, forward thinking Law Firm with offices across Greater Manchester. They currently have a successful and high performing Property department operating across their offices. Due to a number of increasing instructions from clients for Commercial Property expertise, they are seeking to add a Solicitor with expertise in both Commercial and Residential Property.

Acting across a mixed caseload of both types of transactions, you will manage matters such as Commercial Leases and sales and purchase of commercial property. Applications are invited from candidates who have experience of both areas, and are comfortable at providing advice on both. We are interested to hear from candidates at any level who can demonstrate this experience. In addition, it is expected that you will be comfortable undertaking business development activities and networking.
