Are you an experienced legal secretary with experience in Commercial and Litigation Departments?

The purpose of this role is to undertake work on behalf of the firm’s clients as instructed by the Head of Property Department. You will support and assist with communicating with the firm’s clients, client matters and other duties being performed by the team.

Your main duties and responsibilities will be to produce correspondence notes and forms required ensuring that the quality and standard of your work is high. You will also need to attend meetings, perform general administration duties. You will need to be confident in sending emails and talking on the phone as you will be required to handle all calls to the firm. You will need to cover for other legal secretaries in the business when required so building relationships with the team is very important, ensure that you maintain a tidy and organised working environment and represent the firm and its services where possible.

Ideally my client is looking for someone with a background as a Commercial, Litigation or Conveyancing Legal Secretary, for you to have excellent IT skills, be a strong communicator and be presentable at all times.
