To work cross-functionally with key stakeholders to improve commercial reporting for our UK and Ireland businesses.
Maintain existing business critical Excel reports and implement requested enhancements. Interact closely with the Business Analytics and Finance teams to design, create and maintain new reports in Excel.
Production and coordination of monthly management financial reporting pack for executive team.
Coordination and preparation of monthly market share/growth/size reports in both units & values.
Production of Daily Sales both for to-market and in-market sales in various formats; also requires maintenance of sales databases and problem solving.
Monthly Reporting of operational and SG&A expenses for monitoring of functional budgets.
Update Cost to Serve dashboard incorporating feedback from stakeholders and project sponsors.
Support the finance leads with delivery of planning activities for monthly/quarterly and yearly LBE processes.
Involvement in ad-hoc activities around process improvement and commercial projects.
Finalist or Part-Qualified accountant (CIMA preferable); OR
Educated to degree level; OR
Relevant experience in a similar role.
Excel expert user - experience using complex formulae, some VBA.
SAP working knowledge, particularly running reports .
Basic working knowledge of QlikView.
Working knowledge of QlikView, both as user and designer of dashboards.
nPrinting experience particularly advantageous.
Business Warehouse reporting.
Power BI experience.
Reports in Salesforce.com and Microsoft Dynamics CRM
