Commercial Analyst

KennedyPearce are partnering with a travel company hiring a Commercial Analyst with a sharp analytical mind and a passion for data-driven decision-making. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in delivering product and trading performance insights, supporting strategic pricing decisions, and helping shape commercial strategy across all brands.We need a PowerBi wizz and excellent Excel skills. This role is 3 days in the office and 2 days WFH.

• Maintain and evolve a suite of business performance reports, dashboards, and models.
• Deliver insightful analysis and commentary on trading and product performance.
• Partner with the Product team to evaluate pricing strategies and product margins.
• Lead ad-hoc commercial analysis and cross-functional projects.
• Support the Management Accounting team with advanced Excel-based reporting and process improvements.

• Commercially focused professional with 3+ years' experience in financial or commercial analysis.
• Highly analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, building and maintaining dynamic dashboards.
• Experience working with large, disconnected data sets and financial modelling is a plus.
