Commercial Analyst for International Firm - Solihull

My client is an international Solihull based business looking to recruit a Commercial/Sales Analyst to support their wider team.

The purpose of the role is to monitor, analyse, review and produced the required sales performance reports on a weekly and monthly basis. These will include all Sales Pipeline reports, Individual Activity reports, Monthly Regional Performance reports, Lead Generation Performance and Sales Win/Loss Analysis. To also provide recommendations and short-term corrective measures to improve the sales productivity of the regional sales teams.

The role will entail:

  • Supporting the Regional Sales Operations Manager to improve Salesforce CRM enablement and adoption, through design and implementation of globally approved Salesforce workflow practices.

  • Working with the Regional Sales Operations Manager to review the current sales performance of the regional business against the potential Traffic Analytics market

  • Sales Performance Analysis and Reporting - Completion of the Monthly Sales Pipeline Report at a global, regional and country level

  • Completion of the individual sales teams Activity Reports

  • Trend analysis of current Sales Productivity Provide all ad-hoc Salesforce related reports for various functions within the business.

  • Working with internal and external partners to develop the Salesforce CRM

  • Research and provide expected ROI on all Salesforce applications which would be useful for the business to implement.

  • Aid in the planning of the growth strategies for each region and country.

  • Aid in the planning and implementation of the new sales structure providing the needed documentation to ensure all processes and developed and followed.

Applicants must have good Salesforce knowledge with proven experience in building Salesforce dashboards and reports. You will also have excellent analytical and evaluative skills with an ability to build complex reports using multiple source data.
