Your role will be to support the Commercial team to achieve deadlines for tender & evaluation submissions and successful management of all the commercial and administrative aspects of the department.
You will play a critical part within the Commercial Team and organisation skills and attention to detail will be essential.
There are 2 key parts to this role:
- The Management of all tender evaluation days to include planning, ordering, organising the process from start to finish. This will include physical checks of equipment against specifications and labelling of products against individual requirements. This part of the role needs attention to detail, cross functional working and planning to ensure deadlines are met.
- The Coordination & completion of internal SLA's and pricing agreements and the management of the generic Commercial inbox to ensure all opportunities and urgent requests are cascaded accordingly to other team members. Completing weekly reports, working in supplier portals to download information for new opportunities and general administration tasks. This part of the role requires high level of IT Skills and confidence to learn new IT based applications.
