Scope of the Role
To provide timely, accurate and commercially focussed administrative support to our customers and internal teams. Supporting critical commercial activities through specialist customer and administrative knowledge on pricing, products and database interaction whilst gatekeeping data inputs and admin processes to prevent cash leakage.
To input all customer price list updates and set up new customer pricing in an accurate and timely manner, managing communications between the commercial admin team and the sales teams to confirm any outstanding items, and ensuring all relevant customer systems and databases are updated accordingly and correspond to FD data sets.
To manage the product addition process, ensuring correct and relevant costs are provided to the sales teams in order to make relevant pricing decisions on customer’s product additions and enter into the database.
To set up all new customer accounts in the database ensuring relevant set up for corresponding data entry type (telephone, EDI etc) in a timely and accurate manner.
To produce all matrixed and ad hoc commercial reporting for both customers and internal sales teams providing critical purchase information to customers on their spend and confirming customer rebates values.
To create accurately all product code set up requirements in the database ensuring that all information is correctly input to prevent false stock and wastage figures and inefficient product allocations.
To provide troubleshooting support regarding customer or price list issues when keying orders, clearing accounts for invoices etc.
