Commercial Admin Assistant required for 12 month contract in Sheffield. Start in February £15,000 - £20,000

Your new company
Working for a stand out distribution company in Sheffield you will be part of a busy Commercial Team providing internal and external customer support and product information and pricing.

This will be a busy and fulfilling role and is a 12 month contract starting in February 2018.
Successful applicants will ideally be immediately available to start and not be on a notice period.

Your new role
This position will report to the Commercial Manager and the position will be busy and diverse.
Ideally you will have held a similar role previously and be able to complete the duties and responsibilities of the role which are outlined below;

Duties and responsibilities of the role will include;

-Responsible for the day to day processing of pricing updates and pricing information requests from customers and internal offices / sites
-Responsible for commercial admin tasks such as administering all requests for data information in line with agreed SLA's
-Responsible for the maintenance of commercial information systems and all pricing information on a daily basis
-Updating product information
-Data entry and updating of product information or changes to products
-Applying changes to pricing on a daily basis
-Customer service admin and support - addressing customer queries and enquiries for support
-Producing business reports to outline updates and production information as required on Excel
-Responsible for building relationships with customers
-Data management and checking of information - a high level of accuracy is required
-Daily liaison with other offices and branches to communicate commercial changes effecting pricing
-Use of Access, Excel and Microsoft Office
-Intermediate level Excel skills required

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a proven Business Administrator with ideally 3-5 year admin experience.
You will be an excellent communicator with a good understanding of business principles and admin processes.
You will be a confident administrator and you have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
You will be available to start a 12 month fixed contract immediately.
Above all you will be able to quickly build relationships, take ownership of tasks and be highly organised
