CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGER - CHESHIRE
Basic to £30,000 + commission (uncapped OTE to £60k+)
A long-established financial services business, part of a highly reputable banking Group, is actively seeking suitable candidates for roles within their commercial sales team.
Essentially an internal sales and business development role, the Customer Relationship Manager is responsible for delivering new business and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline from an allocated portfolio of commercial client accounts. The role is challenging but very stimulating with superb rewards to be drawn - and you will have the added advantage of representing one of the sector’s leading brands in IT & Technical finance.
Working from within an internal team at the company’s Cheshire location, you will be managing a broad portfolio of client accounts across a range of business sectors. Your key objective is seeking out and acquiring new business opportunities through existing, lapsed and prospected accounts, primarily through telephone communication. You will work with customers, suppliers, advisors, introducers and funders on a daily basis - facilitating the seamless transition of a business lead to a closed leasing/finance deal.
We’re looking for a strong communicator; somebody who can engage easily and productively with business partners (vendors and resellers of IT software and hardware) at all times. It’s a busy and demanding role, so you need to be well organised, ready to take on board new concepts and willing to continue to learn and develop your skills to ensure best performance.
Whilst sales experience in the asset finance sector is highly desirable, we’re ready to consider candidates with a couple of years’ experience in business-to-business sales in a banking or other commercial/business finance environment and who are able to demonstrate genuine interest, capability and success in a sales related capacity.
Remuneration is generous with a commission structure generating annual earnings which double the basic salary.
