Commercial Account Handler

Barker Munro Recruitment Ltd is currently working on a brand new role in the mid Kent area with an expanding Broker who is looking for a Commercial Account handler.

Our client is looking to speak to established insurance broking professionals to join their busy commercial department to undertake broking duties, to help assist the team and offer great customer service experience to clients.

Handling a mix of Commercial insurance risks the key responsibilities include adjustments and complex MTA’s, ad-hoc re-broking cases in relation to unique requirements, New Business, diary management, maintaining Client and Customer Relations to increase retention and handling various renewals.

Candidates will have experience of commercial insurance, have a confident telephone manner and be organised. You should have a good attention to detail, the ability to work on own initiative and be proficient with Outlook, Excel and Word.

Our client is looking for someone with an established knowledge of the insurance market, particularly from within the broking or underwriting fields.
